Where are your products made?

Bad Luck Supply is based in Metro Detroit, Michigan. Our products are designed by us, with many pieces printed, embroidered, assembled, labeled, or finished by hand right out of our home.For the things we don't produce ourselves, we work with trusted makers and suppliers to bring our designs to life.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

As a small business, many of our products are made, finished, and packed by hand. Please allow 5-10 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. We take our time to make sure everything that leaves our hands meets our standards. During product launches, holidays, or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.Once your order is on the way, you’ll receive tracking information via email. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the small nature of our company, we do not accept cancellations, returns, refunds or exchanges. All sales are final. Please read product descriptions before purchasing. However, if you have any issues with your order please contact us directly at contactbadlucksupplyco@gmail.com and include your name and invoice number and we will get it sorted out! Once your package is shipped, we are not responsible for lost/missing packages.

What if my order arrives damaged or something is wrong?

How should I care for my Bad Luck Supply apparel?

For the longest life, wash apparel inside out in cold water with like colors and tumble dry low or hang dry. Avoid bleach and ironing directly over printed or embroidered designs.Wear it often. It looks better that way.

Will handmade or small-batch products look exactly like the photos?

Accepted Answer

Not always. Because many of our products involve hands-on production and finishing, slight variations can happen from one piece to the next. They're part of the process and make each one a little different.
