Bad Luck Supply is a small, independently owned business. Our products are designed by us, and many are printed, embroidered, assembled, labeled, or finished by hand right out of our home in Metro Detroit.

Because of the hands-on nature of what we do, slight variations and imperfections can happen from piece to piece. We think that’s part of what makes them worth holding onto.

Everything we put our name on is made or selected with intention, handled with care, and built to be used, worn, and kept around.

Due to the small nature of our company, we do not accept cancellations, returns, refunds or exchanges. All sales are final. Please read product descriptions before purchasing. However, if you have any issues with your order please contact us directly at contactbadlucksupplyco@gmail.com and include your name and invoice number and we will get it sorted out! Once your package is shipped, we are not responsible for lost/missing packages.

As a small business, many of our products are made, finished, and packed by hand. Please allow 5-10 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. We take our time to make sure everything that leaves our hands meets our standards. During product launches, holidays, or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.
